Lisa Avery has been licensed in real estate since 2017, first earning her license in North Carolina before relocating to Texas and obtaining her Texas real estate license. New construction is one of Lisa's areas of focus. Throughout her real estate career, she has worked with several builders and assisted clients with new-construction purchases. In addition to her professional experience, she has personally owned three newly built homes, including her current home in the Katy area. These firsthand experiences provide valuable insight into builder contracts, construction timelines, design selections, inspections, and the many decisions involved in purchasing a newly built home.
